CWC founder Victor M. Cruz Romero is a licensed “Chofer” (#1582165) by the Puerto Rico Tourism Company-Touristic Transportation for Limousine, Taxi and Excursion Transportation and Airbnb “Superhost” certified; also issued a Class 4 driver’s license by the PR Department of Transportation (DTOP).

CWC is a luxury/VIP transportation and tour service covering the island of Puerto Rico utilizing one luxury limousine SUV Ford –Model Expedition-late model, sterling gray with a capacity to transport up to 6 passengers.

Rates will be based on $55/hour or any current tariffs required by the Puerto Rico Tourism Company-Touristic Transportation Division with a minimum of two (2) hours of service.
